Originally from sunny Mar Vista, California and educated at USC film school, Dywen lives in Colorado as a father and amateur chef of things his kids will eat. A late convert to fiction writing, he grew up reading fantasy and science fiction before delving into the more literary end of the spectrum as a fan. He's only coming back home now.
